Frank Wehrle has been with the Town of Franklin since August 2009.  He enjoys the opportunities his position allows him to serve the public. Frank moved to the area in 2005 to get away from Florida hurricanes. He enjoys the small town atmosphere and sense of community living in Franklin has brought him. 

Elizabeth Scott began working for the town in July 2018. She has worked on various accounting jobs for over 25 years, and has been active in fundraising projects for 30+ years. Her involvement with the Town of Franklin brings many valuable assets to our community. When asked what she enjoys about Franklin, she notes that she loves supporting our community and adores the quaintness our town offers.
